We make custom baseball caps, trucker caps, snapbacks, fitted caps, dad hats, 5 and 6 panel caps, camo caps, beanies and visors to your specification. Choose the fabric, closure, panels, profile and colors, and add your logo exactly where you want it. Every order is produced in our own factory, which keeps quality consistent and pricing factory-direct. This is the core service behind every cap on this site.

Private label puts your brand on the product, not ours. We add your woven labels, printed neck tape, hangtags, polybags and boxes so the finished cap arrives ready for your retail shelf or distribution channel. There are no factory logos and no third-party branding. We handle the sourcing, production and finishing while your name stays front and center. Start with your label artwork and packaging requirements.

You do not need to commit to a huge first order. Our minimum is [MOQ] pieces per style per color, and a physical sample costs [SAMPLE_FEE] with [SAMPLE_DAYS] days of production time. The sample fee is credited back against your bulk order. This lets new brands, teams and event buyers validate the cap before scaling up, without risking capital on an unproven product.

We apply your logo with flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, leather patches or woven patches. Each method has a different look, cost and durability, and our team will recommend the one that fits your artwork and budget. How your cap arrives matters as much as how it looks. We offer individual polybagging, printed hangtags, barcode stickers, and branded boxes or bulk cartons depending on your channel. Retail buyers can specify shelf-ready packaging, while promotional buyers can choose cost-efficient bulk packing. Tell us your packaging and hangtag requirements in the quote notes and we will include them in the unit price.

Quality control runs through the whole process: inline checks during production, a final inspection against your approved sample, and a packing check before dispatch. We then ship from our factory by sea or express to [SHIP_REGIONS], or to your own forwarder. You receive photos and a final QC summary before the goods leave, so there are no surprises when the cartons arrive.
